I am Cydney Buckman and I have six years experience as a self-employed Paralegal (Legal Document Assistant) in Humboldt County, California specializing in Family Law, Estate Planning, Trusts, and Probate with an interest in Real Estate Law. In addition, I have experience as a Mediator and Notary Public.
I drafted the following documents including, but not limited to: Pleadings, Declarations, Orders, Appeals, Marital Settlement Agreements, Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, Stipulations, Modifications, Contracts, General Agreements, Wills, Trusts, and Real Estate documents, in addition to the standard forms required by the Court.
